During the Third apparition of our Lady to St. Catherine, the Blessed Virgin stretched out her arms and rays of light fell upon the globe at her feet…
Gold letterings appeared that read:
“Ô Marie, conçue sans péché, priez pour nous qui avons recours à vous”
The inner voice spoke to St. Catherine once more,

Then the apparition revolved to reveal a large “M” surmounted by a bar and a cross…
Two hearts materialized beneath it…

Miracles Associated with the Miraculous Medal
Miracle of Conversion
In 1943, twenty year-old Claude Newman was on death row for shooting his grandmother's abuser. A fellow inmate gave him a medal and placed it around his neck.
Shortly after, Claude had a vision of "the most beautiful woman God had ever made". She called for him to be her son and instructed him to call for a priest immediately.
Together with several other prisoners that he inspired, Claude was baptized before his scheduled execution and absolved of his sins through confession. He was overjoyed and spoke with the priest who helped fulfil his vow to build a church.
Miracle of healing
Witnessed by Father Begin in France 1834, Mrs C.H. was a 70 yo widow who had a bad fall that left her crippled and in severe pain.
She sought Mary's helped by wearing the Miraculous Medal and starting a novena to the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary - which she did twenty times a day.
After 7 seven days of the novena, she grew free of her painful infirmities that had followed her so cruelly for 7 months.
On 14 March 1834, everyone was shocked to see Mrs C.H. walk unaided even though she was crippled just the day before.
